Best Wipes Selection
In order to select the right wipe for the job, it is important to first understand the problem that is trying to be solved. Our technicians will take the time to understand the problem then will quantify using our defect analysis tools. Because we know paint quality our process engineering experts can select the right type. Additionally, a total cost evaluation is provided.
Technique Training
In order to prepare the surface for painting it takes both the correct wipe and technique. Our technicians will provide operator training specific to the type of wipe being used. Some classroom training will be provided to explain the techniques and why, but a majority will be hands on with your product on the production floor.
Continuous Improvement and Validation
Our technicians will perform two critical audits at your site, technique and defect analysis. Technique will consist of observing your operators and assessing their level of skill, with the goal of identifying any areas where further training is required. Defect analysis will include analyzing your product with our microscopes and review of your quality data to ensure the intended purpose is being accomplished. Reports will be provided for discussion.
Inventory management
Material purchase, receipt, stock forecasting, stock monitoring and usage reporting are all performed within the Inventory Management module. Over time stock forecasting will be optimized to reduce costs. The surface prep material inventory area of the factory will be kept neat and organized according to 5S principles.
