Paint System Deep Clean
The deep clean process is a concentrated cleaning effort to eliminate construction dirt created during the installation of a new paint system or system modification, in preparation for production. The fact is, if a proper deep clean is not completed prior to production, dirt will be an ongoing problem that is virtually impossible to eliminate.

CO2 Cleaning – Dry Ice Blasting
Dry ice blasting is a more effective and non-abrasive cleaning method for special applications. It is also a GREENER cleaning method eliminating the use of solvents or other chemicals. Our highly skilled team use this method on paint laden fans, conveyor chain or any other surface with heavy paint or grime build-up where the substrate can be damaged by ultra-high pressure water jetting.
Dry ice blasting is a process whereby kinetic and thermal energy is transferred when the accelerated dry ice pellets strike the surface being cleaned. Dry ice and air combine to remove the unwanted material and leave a clean surface free of any contaminant.
Ultra-High-Pressure Water Jetting
The ultra-high-pressure water jetting system is low volume water at high pressure effective for certain paint laden surfaces. Spraybooth water wash walls, in floor scrubber surfaces and conveyors are some of the surfaces cleaned with this specialized technology.
Operating at up to 40,000 psi, our highly trained operators perform their work safely and efficiently. In some cases, we employ robotic automation for hard to reach locations.
Paint Booth Grate Cleaning
